, ,Trinity Management, LLC seeks an experienced Regional Certification Specialist. At Trinity Management, LLC, we pride ourselves in providing exceptional, customer-focused property-management services. We manage a mixed-income, mixed-use portfolio of vibrant housing communities.
Our Regional Certification Specialists provide roving administrative support to the Property Managers at various properties as assigned by: keeping vacancies as low as possible by accepting and processing lease applications, informing manager of any households out of compliance and/or increases in income that exceeded program limits, scheduling and conducting annual recertifications, maintaining organized resident and applicant files, sending files to a third-party or internal compliance, working with accounting and external audit firms to coordinate and respond to year-end testing, facilitating the lease-up process with Portfolio Directors, pre-approving Market or non-subsidized units at a mixed LIHTC property, completing QBTS and status reports, monitoring properties and programs to support in compliance related functions, and tracking approval certifications at all LIHTC properties to ensure ongoing compliance and timely completion.
We are looking for someone who shares our passion for resident relations who can greet all residents and visitors, answer incoming calls, and handle conflict professionally. Our Regional Certification Specialists work closely with the other members of the management team to communicate resident interest, and will also work to understand market conditions and execute local outreach and marketing efforts.
A successful candidate must have a strong property management background that includes knowledge of affordable housing and all laws and regulations pertaining to affordable housing and property management. Regional Certification Specialists are required to be highly organized and proficient with Microsoft Office.
Specific logistical details include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Travel as needed
- 40 hours per week
- 15 days Paid Time Off
- $55,000
